of high-level meetings in Ethiopia last week, a delegation

Apr 10 - Boycott Not a Viable Solution –
Huddleston - The US still holds it a top priority that
detained opposition leaders be released. It however does not
consider the boycotting of the ongoing process as a viable
solution to the current political situation in Ethiopia,

National Association of the Blind Conduct Workshop - The
Eritrean National Association of the Blind conducted a
workshop from 8 to 10 April on education and ways of
teaching. The issues raised included Braille lessons,
enabling persons who are visually-impaired and the ones with
normal sight capacity to follow lessons in schools on equal
footing, psychological pressure and its cure, as well as
community participation and others.
