Between 25 and 30 Conservative activists took part in a demonstration at the Belarusian Embassy in London on March 20, in protest at the suppression of democracy in Belarus following the recent elections.

Gary Streeter MP, Chairman of the Conservative Party Human Rights Commission, attempted to present a letter to the Embassy, but Belarusian Embassy staff refused to open the doors.

Mr. Streeter has written to the Belarusian Ambassador, and introduced an Early Day Motion in Parliament.
